Escapes To The Shores Owner Corner

June 4, 2021

Dear Escapes to The Shores Owners,

As of today, June 4th, 2021, demo has begun on the roof! There was also a meeting this morning regarding the alternative to use a helicopter rather than a crane due to not having enough space for the crane. In the event that we have to move materials with a helicopter the 17th and 18th floors of the building will have to be vacant for 5 days while the helicopter is on site. We will give owners of these units as much notice as we can, please be on the look out for this information.

The 3rd floor of the parking garage will be closed to guests and owners due to the possible hazard of falling debris from the roof. The ground floor will also be closed to owners and guests as it will be used as a staging area for construction. The roofers will be working within the City Ordinance times of 7:00 am – 9:00 pm on weekdays, 7:00 am – 10:00pm on weekends.  The east elevator will be closed so the roofers can use it to move materials and equipment to and from the roof, signs have been posted on every floor so guests will be aware. The roofing company has asked for owners and guests not to disturb them or their employees during this process, any questions you have regarding this project should be submitted via email to candrew@latourgroup.com and vwalker@latourgroup.com and they will work on getting the answers to you.

Owner’s parking clings were mailed out last week – if you do not receive them, please email candrew@latourgroup.com.

We are very excited for the progress to come and hope you’re all enjoying your Summer!

Thank you,

Escapes to The Shores BOD, Management, and Staff

"Excellent all around!!! The accommodations were top notch, the facilities were very well kept. We thought it was brand new when we pulled up. It was centered in Orange Beach to get to several restaurants and a grocery store without any hassle.” – Trip Advisor User
